Alessandro McGuinness

Residential and Commercial Sales Consultant

Before he started his career in real estate with Victorstone, Alessandro had no prior experience in the property sector. He was a post-A-level student in search of alternate career path to university, with a deep interest in economics, politics and history. He considered degree apprenticeships and other options if training and progression would be included – but eventually found his rightful home here at Victorstone.

Alessandro says:
"I was attracted to Victorstone as they offered me a role that allows me to utilise my strengths with unmatched potential to succeed and progress. In addition to this, they provided me with an opportunity to learn and become an expert in a sector that is constantly changing, which I find extremely fascinating.

"Since starting, I have already found myself excel in my role. I have been provided great one to one training from the Sales Manager Constantino, who has trained me as a Sales Negotiator to distinguish Victorstone from other estate agencies. I most enjoy providing people with a great service, whether that is showing a client around a property, providing a vendor with feedback about their property or negotiating a price to agree a deal that works best for all parties.

"I particularly enjoy the in-person customer service aspect of the role and being able to educate and help people with their property search, whether it is an Investor or first-time buyer; I find this internally rewarding.

"The company has been fantastic to work for. They have invested in me as and helped me grow my personal attributes into genuine knowledge and sharp skills that I can use to best assist my clients. They have given and trained me on the best systems and technologies, too. I can see the direction the company is going in and am proud to be a part of the journey and contribute by doing my best to improve. The directors especially helped me settle into the firm and gave me their advice to adapt to the culture, which fosters improvement."
