Before he started his career in real estate with Victorstone, Alessandro had no prior experience in the property sector. He was a post-A-level student in search of alternate career path to university, with a deep interest in economics, politics and history. He considered degree apprenticeships and other options if training and progression would be included – but eventually found his rightful home here at Victorstone.

I have been provided great one to one training from the Sales Manager Constantino, who has trained me as a Sales Negotiator to distinguish Victorstone from other estate agencies. I most enjoy providing people with a great service, whether that is showing a client around a property, providing a vendor with feedback about their property or negotiating a price to agree a deal that works best for all parties.
"I particularly enjoy the in-person customer service aspect of the role and being able to educate and help people with their property search, whether it is an Investor or first-time buyer; I find this internally rewarding.
