We run regular employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives to ensure our teams remain happy, productive and fulfilled in their roles, and we identify and facilitate opportunities for professional development wherever we can.

Youth Placements

Over the years, we have coordinated many placements for younger people – including those who are based internationally and wish to live, learn and work in the UK.

On our youth placements, you will typically spend four months shadowing and supporting our staff. You will also have the opportunity to provide us with your perspective on the state of the industry and your feedback on what we could be doing better.

In the past, the ideas supplied by our youth team members have helped to shape the quality of our services and the future of the company.

Overseas Placements

We have accommodated many placements from international schools, and have strong partnerships with colleges such as Normandie Business School and INSEEC Business School.

Individuals taking part in these placements have undertaken a range of positions within the company, having assisted our accounts, sales, marketing and content management departments.
